Derwent Valley Gymnastics Club started up in November 2014 and since then has gained over 350 members and added 15 new sessions. We are situated in the only purpose build facility in the area, on Number One Industrial Estate. 

 

The club started as progression sessions provided by the leisure centre themselves, I took it over to give the gymnasts more hours to train and selective coaching during these classes. We also attend regular competitions and festivals for any gymnast who wishes to participate.

 

My philosophy behind the club is that every child will be given a fair chance to acheive what they want to acheive, whether they be in pre-school, beginner or the elite sessions!
